provider dedicated to developing reliability testing, condition monitoring, and health management
solutions for the power electronic components in renewable generation and storage, electric vehicle,
high-speed railway, and data center, etc.
As a key introduced enterprise in the semiconductor and integrated circuit industry of Yuelu
Mountain University Science and Technology City in Xiangjiang New Area, Lanhai Electric strengthens
its goal orientation, fully coordinates the innovation entities of enterprises and universities,
builds enterprise models with technical backbone, and anchors the industry direction of durability
and reliability monitoring systems for semiconductors, heat sinks, batteries, etc. At present, we
have a technical team of more than 20 people, 8 invention patents, and over 30 patent

for power semiconductor devices. With an initial project investment of over 60 million yuan, it
successfully developed a 2100A power cycle testing equipment and put it into mass production in
2023. It can apply stress testing and thermal characteristic measurement to IGBT devices, power
transistors, power diodes, MOSFETs, and other power electronic devices, complementing the
application of semiconductors in various industries, and has a very broad prospect.
